Parties Involved:

Accounting Firm: XYZ Bookkeeping Services LLC

Scope of Services:

The accounting firm shall provide bookkeeping services, including recording financial transactions, reconciliations, and preparing financial statements, as detailed in attached Schedule A.

Term and Termination:

This engagement shall commence on ___________________ and continue until terminated by either party with 30 days written notice.

Fees and Payment Terms:

The client shall pay the accounting firm a monthly fee of $________, payable within 15 days of invoice receipt. Additional services will be billed separately.

Client Responsibilities:
