Asset Description:

This will pertains to all the testator’s estate, including real property located at 789 Pine Road, Springfield, IL 62706, personal possessions, bank accounts, investments, and other assets as specified herein.

Testamentary Wishes:

The testator revokes all previous wills and directs that upon death, the estate be distributed to the designated beneficiaries as follows: the primary beneficiary shall be the testator’s spouse, Anna A. Doe, and the remaining estate to be divided among the children in equal shares.

Executor Responsibilities:
