Sample Sign On Bonus Offer Letter

Parties:

Employer: XYZ Corporation
Address: 123 Business Rd., City, State, ZIP

Employee: Jane Doe
Address: 456 Elm Street, City, State, ZIP

Sign-On Bonus:

The Employer agrees to provide the Employee with a sign-on bonus of $10,000, payable within 30 days of the start date of employment, subject to the terms specified herein.

Conditions:

The Employee must remain employed with the Employer for at least six (6) months from the start date to be eligible for the full bonus. If employment terminates prior to this period, the Employee agrees to repay any received bonus amounts, proportionally if applicable.
